About shipping cost and time

We ship to most of countries in the world, it usually takes about 2 weeks to be delivered, but during peak season, it may take longer. For some countries, shipping is free. For some countries which are far far away from China, shipping is on us and buyers, you will see the shipping cost when checking out, if it is 0, it is free.

You will receive an Email about the tracking number after 1-2 days you place an order. 3 days after you get the tracking number, you will be able to see the updates from https://t.17track.net/.

If you live in the USA or Canada, we will ship your order from California, it usually takes less than 10 days to be delivered.

About personalization

We provide free personalization only on hand-hammered woks, and 3-8 letters look nicer. Ladles and spatulas are too small to be engraved. Cast iron woks are not recommended with any personalization. Below photo shows where your personalization usually goes. Please leave the name you want to engrave in the Notes of the order. You also can drop us an Email with the name you want to engrave and your order ID, our Email is [email protected].
